I respect everyone involved in sports, because I know how tightly connected the body and personality. The personality is built primarily through the drawing of the body, through the structure and character of the body, through the habits that are built into our body, that is, built into us.

Dear parents, be careful: choosing one or another sport for your children, you choose their character and fate. Long-distance skiing, like a sport, forms the psychology of a loner who knows how to exert himself on one will and move towards the goal, which he always looks at from a bit of sullenness. Swimming less develops the will, but gives more attention to the technique of movements and gives the ability to enjoy life. Tennis is the feeling of a couple, the ability to build tactics, not to be afraid to lose and be able to deliver accurate strong blows. Football, as a sport, is the feeling of a team, the ability to catch excitement and kick your legs in the swing, throwing all your aggression into the blow!
From far away, on the street, I distinguish an athlete from an amateur lying on a sofa: the athletes have a different gait, their legs fly out precisely and firmly, in the body there is a peppy energy, a strong turn of the shoulders and a head on a strong neck. And almost always – attentive eyes. Athletes know what the goal is, they know how to keep the goal and achieve the goal. They have a will, and not just desires, they know how to work without unhappy eyes and eyes, discipline, like time tracking, is in their blood, and they know what the joy of victory is.

It is no accident that many successful businessmen emerged from the athletes. The athlete knows how much his body will serve him, he knows how to squeeze everything out of him – absolutely everything! – resources, and when the body can only be written off, professionals say goodbye to sports and transfer to another business.

As for the girls, a lively and vigorous girl with a slim and athletic figure has more chances for an excellent family and for success in life, so sport is a must. It is advisable to choose sports that are related to outdoor activities and physical activity – running, cycling, roller skating, figure skating and skiing in winter. However, the girl also needs her own, special sport, since the girl does not need strength, but three other things, namely: a) flexibility, b) general coordination of movements (dexterous hands) and c) grace, beauty and smoothness of movements. Therefore, from power loads – we swing the press and do squats, but we replace the horizontal bar with push-ups.

Squats make a beautiful ass and (if the squats are done correctly) form the ability to rise, even when life puts pressure on you. Push-ups give the ability to resist, the swing of the press develops volitional qualities and turns rather into a silovik. The good thing is that all this does not contradict grace and femininity. You just have to be able to do it!

Swimming is very good for health, but with professional training, girls have completely masculine shoulders, which is not quite feminine. For the same reason, rhythmic gymnastics is more useful than sports gymnastics. Tennis is useful, big and small, yoga and fitness are good, while team sports are more for guys, girls and individuals are more useful for individual and pair dances. Once again: the most important and absolutely obligatory sport for any girl is dancing. Dancing, dancing, dancing! You can start with folk dances, continue with any modern, but sooner or later experience in pair dances is required, at least hustle (the simplest and most affordable) and salsa (a little richer). In pair dances, the fear of the partner’s body disappears, in dances you can stand close and take by the hand, which is not easy for teenagers. If hustle is a minimum program, then ballroom dancing and sports dancing are already the world of princesses.
When choosing a specific sports section or dance studio, it is usually more important to pay attention not to a specific sport or dance variety, but to what kind of people are there and what is the communication style there, first of all, what is the coach’s culture. A high-quality, worthy trainer teaches not so much a specific sport or dance, he teaches attitude to people and life. If you find such a coach – you can be calm.
