* Thanks to our extensive experience in organizing international figure skating camps for children, we have again prepared unique programs for our summer training camps. The summer figure skating program has been developed in accordance with the requirements of international standards, taking into account the age, exertion and physical abilities of young figure skaters.
* We have collected the best international practices and the classic Russian school in order to achieve the best results for our participants and instill in them an even greater love for our favorite sport.
* We see the success and joy of our children and are proud of the work done.

* Our summer program was developed taking into account training on the ice, general sports training, choreography lessons, as well as TFE classes using the new technology in the gym.

TRAINING WEEK SCHEDULE
Monday to Saturday
22 hours of training:
11 hours on ice and 11 hours of training off ice.
On Saturday – shortened program, demonstration performances on ice, awarding all participants with memorable diplomas and cups.
* Intensive group workouts on ice 2 hours a day.
* Group off-ice training 2 hours a day.
* Saturday 1 hour group for all groups and
Demonstrations (costumes required)!
* The possibility of individual lessons on ice 1-2 hours a day (optional).
* In the morning hours, skaters learn skills techniques, complex rotations and steps.
* At evening training, athletes are engaged in the analysis of jumping Techniques, a set of components and correcting jumping elements in programs.
* Trainers also use a lounge (harness) for difficult jumps on ice.
* Skaters are trained daily in the choreography hall (ballet, dance, stretch marks, etc.).
* Special physical training using the latest technology for balance and grouping skaters.
What you need to have with you at the ISA summer camp :
On ice:
Tremo suit on the ice, a few gloves for a change.
For training Off- ice:
Air sneakers, sportswear for training off-ice, jump rope, rubber bands for working with the body.
For practice of ballet dancing:
Soft shoes / ballet shoes, a form for dancing on the floor.

Package price includes:
6 training days, 7 nights at the hotel 3*, 3 meals a day.
Arrival at the ISA summer camp and check-in at the hotel always takes place every Sunday.
The weekly course starts on Monday.

TRAINING
The movable lounge allows our skaters not only to jump on the ice in the required arc, but also to maintain the trajectory of forward movement.
And what else is of great importance – it allows the athlete not to experience fear while learning complex jumping elements.
TRIPS AND ENTERTAINMENT
A guided tour of Prague and the surrounding attractions is organized once a week.
Trips to the largest Water Park in Europe (10 min by bus)

EXHIBITIONS
Additionally, every second Saturday, a show will be held in the center of the meeting (the children will be shown on ice in costumes — racing clothes).
Every participant at the end of the summer camp will receive a cup and a diploma.
TRIPS AND ENTERTAINMENT
Children will have a group trip along the monuments and historical sites of Prague and the surrounding area.
Or they can relax in Aqua Palace Prague, which is located nearby, 5 km from the sports complex.
FOOD
Atheletes are provided with 3 meals a day: Breakfast, lunch and dinner – buffet in the restaurant, sports area.
Drinking regime is also supported. Water, tea, coffee and light snacks are always avaiable.
COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS AND MEDICAL INSURANCE
To participate in the training camp, skaters and their accompanying persons must have a vaccination certificate and a negative COVID test.
Each participant of the fees must have medical insurance concluded with one of the insurance companies operating in the Czech Republic.
Participants of the ISA fees are also notified that the price for fees does not include insurance, and the organizer is not responsible for possible injuries and diseases.
ACTIVITIES
2 times a day skating at the ice rink under the guidance of experienced coaches.
2 times a day preparation of jumps under the guidance of an accredited lecturer.
Once a day gym (motion games, dance training, ballet) under the guidance of experienced lecturers.
Accomodation

Our ISA Academy training center is located in a picturesque location 25 minutes by car from the center of Prague and 35 minutes from the airport.
A modern training ice arena with stands, comfortable locker rooms and sports halls is located in the same building with a cozy hotel, sauna, spa salon and restaurants, bars and conference halls.
Also, our skaters will gain the skills to work on their triple and even quadruple jumps with the help of unique technical devices both on and off the ice.
Skaters now don’t need much time to run or drive from the hotel to the ice arena.
All this is now within a few steps.
