I like to call these Mediation Bath Bombs due to the essential oil blend that is used.

I actually had a hard time deciding on a name. Yoga, Namaste, or Meditation are all perfect titles for this recipe.

Pure calmness.

Pure Meditation.

With cedarwood, frankincense, lavender, sweet orange, and ylang-ylang essential oils, this is practically relaxation in a ball.

Many yoga instructors use these certain oils in their routines and classes.

They are great for when wanting to destress after a long hard day at work.

Or if you simply just want to feel relaxed and in tune with your mind and body.

I like to use this Meditation Bath Bomb Recipe at night, rightbefore bed, when I can finally get some ‘me’ time.

After, I feel so alive, renewed, and rejuvenated.

If I had the time to take a bath EVERY night with these, I totally would!

You can use practically any mold that you can think of, but I recommendsilicone molds or the metal bath bomb molds as you see in the pictures.

The metal ones are easy to use and to pop out the mixture once the shape is formed.

So make thisMeditation Bath Bomb Recipe and treat yourselflike you SO rightly deserve! It’s fun to be pampered from time to time. Good for the mind too.

If baths aren’t your thing, take a look at my Homemade Rose Shower Melts. You melt them in the shower for a nice, floral aromatherapy experience.

Ingredients:

Directions:

In a large bowl combine the baking soda, citric acid, corn starch, and Epsomsalt. Add mica if you are wanting some color. I used an orange mica powder pigment.

Melt coconut oil in the microwave. Pour into your dry mixture.

Add the essential oils and mix well. Clumps may appear, simply smash them with a spoon and they will mix into the other ingredients.

Lightly spray with a small spray bottle, using about 2 sprays at a time and mixing after. Continue to do this until you are able to grab the mixture with your hand and it holds form, not falling apart.

Avoid spraying too much or it will start to fizz. Think of it as slightly dampening the mixture.

Tightly press the mix into your molds.

If you are using silicone molds, leave to dry overnight and slowly pop them out the next day. About 12 hours.

If you use the metal bath bomb molds, do not leave the mixture in them. They are for forming purposes only. Press the mix into both sides of the molds and smash them together. Carefully remove and set aside to dry overnight. About 12 hours.

Are you ready to relax and unwind?
